No, this is a no smoking/vaping site.

Yes we do accept benefits.

Unfortunately, the Trust does not allow any pets to be kept on site.

Do you allow overnight visitors?
We do not allow overnight guests over the age of 16 to stay in the flats and bungalows. However, we do have guest facilities available for a nominal charge.

Are your properties furnished?
No, you will need to provide your own furnishings.

Are utilities included?
Heating and Careline services form part of the Weekly Maintenance Charge.
