Fosters flats

The Fosters building has 34  purpose built self contained flats, providing you with the privacy and independence you would expect. Our properties are all unfurnished thus allowing you to add a personal touch to your home with your own furniture and belongings. All kitchens are fully fitted with a double oven. There is a dedicated Scheme Manager based in the Fosters building, who acts as a good neighbour to residents. She and the Executive Officer run the Trust on a day to day basis including general maintenance. The Trust benefits from a well maintained garden with a recently installed Summer House for the residents to enjoy. Two spacious communal lounges and a communal kitchen provide an excellent space to socialise with neighbours and meet new friends. We have an onsite laundry and a number of parking spaces.
